Features of a Non-fiction Book.
- A content page is where you find what is in the book
- A index page is at the bake of the book.
- A glossary gives the meaning of the words in the book.
- There are more photographs than drawings in the book because it is a real story.
- They have labels to explain the diagrams.
My Reflection.
I am learning about the features of a non-fiction text.
It was tricky to answer all of the questions about the non-fiction text.
I was proud that I now know where the contents page is and what it is there for.
Next I will use this knowledge in other non-fiction texts.

Tara-Lee, you struggled with this activity. With some help you did manage to find and explain the features. You need to look at other non-fiction books and see if you know where to find these features.
